It's insanely windy here today (our neighbours trampoline has fully blown away) so we decided to do a bit of yoga instead of venturing out
My back and neck feel quite tight from feeding and carrying, so I did some stretches whilst H chilled out for 5 on his mat and then we did some parent and baby yoga together, which was lots of fun. All without leaving the house!
Small win today when I realised I had a fully ethical outfit on... I've been trying to buy clothes only when I really need to and then trying to buy ethical products, it has been difficult at times to find things that are still 'me' but I think I'm getting there 😁
