Returns and Exchanges
Can I return my order?
We can accept returns from both UK and International customers as long it is within 30 days of placing your order. Items are only eligible for refunds if they are unworn and in original packaging.
Because we are a small business we cannot offer a pre-paid returns label. You must pay the postage to send the items back to us. We cannot take responsibility for items posted back to us without the proper postage paid.

Can I exchange my item?
We are more than happy to process exchanges and pride ourselves on excellent customer service. We can only accept unworn items for exchange.
Please be aware our stock levels are constantly changing. If your desired item is no longer in stock we will email you and we will find something that is in stock to exchange your item for.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We cannot process your exchange or refund until the item is received by us.
Will I get a refund?
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Items are only eligible for refunds if they are unworn (and unwashed) and in original packaging. Please be aware - if you return items purchased with a discount which was based on cart value, the discount may no longer apply to your remaining cart. Refunds can take 10 working days to process once received at Bshirt HQ.
Can I return/exchange a gift?
Yes, if you received your Bshirt as a gift and the size isn't correct you can send it to our address and request an exchange of size or Store Credit.
Please be sure to let us know if any information has changed - such as the address you need the item delivered to or the item size.
Do I need to contact you to return or exchange my items?
You do not need to contact us before you return or exchange an item. Simply follow the exchange/returns process outlined above.
Please be sure you include some identifying information in your parcel - such as the order slip or order number - otherwise we will not be able to trace the parcel to your order.
Shipping and Delivery
Same Day Dispatch
Order by 3pm GMT time for same day dispatch (this only applies to items that are in stock of course).
If you order after 3pm we cannot guarantee the delivery times states on the shipping page.
As we are a small business we do not dispatch orders on Saturdays or Sundays.
How do I track my Parcel?
Your email confirmation will give you a tracking number to trace your parcel. Please ensure you entered a valid email address to ensure you get the notifications.

Delivery times depend which shipping service you have selected.
EUROPE
If ordered by 3pm GMT, Europe DHL Tracked: 3-5 working days. This excludes Public and Bank Holidays. DHL do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
UK & CHANNEL ISLANDS
Royal Mail 48
If ordered by 3pm GMT, Royal Mail tracked 48 will be delivered within 48 hours of dispatch. This excludes Public and Bank Holidays. Royal Mail deliver on Saturdays but not on Sundays.
Royal Mail 24
If ordered by 3pm GMT, Royal Mail tracked 24 will be delivered within 24 hours of dispatch. This excludes Public and Bank Holidays. Royal Mail deliver on Saturdays but not on Sundays.
DPD Next Day
If ordered by 3pm GMT, DPD Next Day is our next day delivery service. This excludes Public and Bank Holidays. DPD do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
REST OF WORLD
If ordered by 3pm GMT, Rest of World DHL Tracked: 5-10 working days. This excludes Public and Bank Holidays. DHL do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
Every effort is made to get your parcel to you as quickly as possible and we only use trusted couriers with fully trackable services.
Unfortunately, the tracked services aren't guaranteed as unforeseen circumstances such as a broken down courier van could cause a delivery delay. We cannot be responsible for such delays caused by the courier.
Order Queries
Problems Checking Out
If you are having problems entering your address it will be down to the postal/zip code formatting. Try adding a space, or removing a space.
Your payment method needs to be registered to your home address, otherwise please enter a 'billing address'
I Ordered the Wrong Size!
If you need to amend your order, please email EU@thebshirt.co.uk as soon as possible so we can catch your order before it goes out for delivery.
If your order has already gone out for delivery (you will be notified by email that it has been dispatched) you will need to exchange the item as per the exchange process.
Can I change my Order?
If you need to change your order you need to email EU@thebshirt.co.uk as soon as possible. Orders are packed at 3pm on the day you place your order, so any changes made after this will not be possible as the parcel will have already shipped.
Can you replace a faulty product?
It's very rare that we get damaged or faulty products but yes of course we can replace it.
Please could you just email a photo to EU@thebshirt.co.uk for our records and we can organise that for you. Can you also just look at the neck label and tell us where it was made.
What does Pre-Order mean?
Pre ordering an item means that we ship your entire order at once, so if you ordered an item that was out of stock (pre-order) your entire order will be held until the out of stock item arrives.
Store Credit
Your store credit will be issued to you in the form of a Discount Code. Simply enter the code at checkout.
This code will never expire. You can use it for any product on the Bshirt website, including accessories, baby clothes, nappies and toiletries.
My code isn’t working
Discount codes and Store Credit are not case sensitive but you do need to enter in any spaces if they have them.
You can only enter one code per order.

Washing Instructions
Machine wash warm tumble dry low.
Our colours have been tested to high standards and have passed a colour test for washing at 40 degrees. However, if you want to be extra cautious with deep colours, please wash at 30 degrees. Our garments have been colour tested using non-biological washing powder and we do not recommend using biological powder on deep colours.
All our products can be tumble dried, including the breast pads.
Sizes
The different styles of Bshirt are designed to accommodate a variety of body shapes (pregnancy, postpartum, big boobs, small boobs, etc). If one style doesn’t suit you, please try another. If many suit you, then happy days!!

What size should I order?
We recommend you order your pre-pregnancy dress size, however, please be aware our breastfeeding clothes are not Maternity cuts so they do not have ruching for pregnant bellies. They are tight fitting so they can be layered. If you prefer a less fitted bodice we recommend you size up. If you are in-between sizes we recommend you size up.
