No Duties or Fees to pay

Your item will be cleared through customs with no additional duties or fees to pay.

We are a UK brand which has registered with the EU to pay the import duties and fees on behalf of our customers. You will not receive any charges to receive your parcel. We use a tracked courier and offer a fast service right to your door. We also make returns easy - just post them to our EU returns address.

BREXIT

After Brexit, to help ensure the smooth delivery of our products to our EU customers, we registered a company in Estonia. We have all the credentials necessary to import products to EU customers and pay VAT on your behalf.

Zero Waste

Our baby clothes are made from pristine GOTS fabric leftover from the Bshirt garment manufacturing process, which otherwise piles up at the factory and cannot be used for mass production.

Care Instructions

Machine wash WARM tumble dry LOW.

Our colours have been tested to high standards and have passed a colour test for washing at 40 degrees. However, if you want to be extra cautious with deep colours, please wash at 30 degrees. Our garments have been colour tested using non-biological washing powder and we do not recommend using biological powder on deep colours.

All our products can be tumble dried, including the breast pads.

Plastic Free Packaging

We use recycled paper envelopes to ship your Bshirt and PLANT BASED garment bags, which are 100% home compostable.

Ethical Materials

Ethically made with super soft and stretchy GOTS certified organic cotton (95%) and lycra (5%).

Choosing GOTS Certified Organic cotton means that harmful chemicals, pesticides and dyes aren’t pumped into the environment and water supplies while making our fabric. Choosing to buy organic clothing is good for you, your baby and the environment.

Returns & Exchanges

We can accept returns & exchanges as long it is within 30 days of placing your order. Items are only eligible for return & exchange if they are unworn and in original packaging.

Because we are a small business we cannot offer a pre-paid returns label. You must pay the postage to send the items back to us.

If you are exchanging an item, we will post the replacement item out to you free of charge.
